it has been this way a while now.
basically I have 27 skill in Mw simple swords. So each hour tick if I have the money I make 27 of them. I wish you could pick the number you wanted but it does not work that way.
in the last month or so I have never made less then the 27 at a time. So it has nothing to do with % anymore. It used to be you COULD make up to 27 depending on some factors. Now tho you always make the full amount. I have made about 2000 swords the last 2-3 weeks and never once did I make less than the full 27 at a shot. Have to take that into account when crafting. only way to make a lesser number is have someone hold your money so you can only afford to make that amount. Then have them give back your cash.
