New forum section

I suggest we get a new forum section called ''Remember/Free''

Basically,it would hold all the threads where people are whining about their beloved spammers active people on forums.

Since they some how are pissing off the admins,devs and everyone above regular player,there are more famous spammers people banned,but only new ones take their place.
