In honesty it was just disappointed, I already stated that I was annoyed as well.   It was an underhanded attack to get all my good strat gear when they obviously knew no one would be on.

Also, pointing out that Chaos are bundle of stickss (most of them anyways)

Big of you to admit you have no life though... and it is definitely the issue - because regardless going out on new years or not, if you were proper big nerds you would have not attacked a neutral faction (at the time, broken honourlessly) on a holiday (even worse).  History has shown unofficial ceasefires and truce throughout holiday seasons, you'd think that would be extended if you were actual roleplaying nerds. 

So in essence, stop hiding behind poor excuses, and owe up to being honourless, dickless nerds. 

That being said, I am able to attend battles up to 4am EST time during the week, so my night time settings are correct, and cannot be changed on the fly (especially when attacked within a set time), as you should know, big bundle of sticks nerd.

But really, you took it on good faith that you could move around the map unhindered because it was a holiday. Well, you paid for your presumptions. You got no safe passage.

Don't tell us what proper big nerds will and won't do, I mean, you've been calling us "nerd" and "bundle of sticks" for weeks, you should've assumed by this point that we'd do whatever possible to be jerks whenever possible. You've been calling us out on it, how could you not have known? What excuse is there to hide behind, anyway, when you've spilled the beans on this one yourself so many times?

As for your being  "neutral faction", well... I seem to recall an instance where your faction was attempting to play ball with us, only to flagrantly go against the exact terms we put forth to you for traveling through our territory, attacking another unrelated person moving through right on our doorstep. As bandits you cannot cop a "neutral faction" stance or argument, get out.

I find it hard to believe how persistently you're trying to be childish and insulting about this.

So wait - You base how many people we can get, off of how many people are on from your self proclaimed no life faction, by using the numbers of people that signed up for ATS after you attacked us?

I've realized pretty quickly and am going to go ahead and state that discussing faction politics openly on boards is trivial and futile for pretty apparent reasons.

I have to say, you are a pretty fair and chill in game admin, however a stubborn mule that makes inane arguments to try to defend your underhanded dickless tactics.

I'm not really trying to defend attacking you on New Year's Eve (we only did it then because you happened to be nearby and that was when Malaclypse caught up to you), I'm just being resistant to you repeatedly calling us names, which I guess is fine too, but the sinister tone behind your accusations was worthy of rebuttal. Anyway, like you say, triviality and forumborne politics follow each other around and account for why any argument I make (or you make, or anyone makes) is gonna wind up being pretty inane.

You shouldn't have been so busy running around being a bandit douchebag out in the open if you didn't want to get attacked, broski. Strat is a real time game, know and appreciate the risks if you're going to take the time to play it, or at least don't join a bandit faction if you're going to do so, they are generally not very well received in most areas. On a side note, if we could somehow take the "biggest bundle of stickss in NA" title that ATS had so graciously held for many revolutions of the sun, i'd personally be honored but honestly, you and antiblitz make LL_jesterer look like one of the most rational, easy going players in the NA community when compared to your little forum rants. As long as they keep accepting fine gentlemen like you into their ranks, i'm sure you guys will hold the crown for a good while.

ATS is like the government, and unfortunately our lovely community at hand is like, eye liner wearing, anarchy wannabe, gothic basement dwelling children, whom all hate the government.  Unfortunately our supposed title just comes from the fact that we owned and ran the servers for so long.  If you would like the new title however, you seem to be fine on your way to the title,  and i wouldnt mind passing the reigns over to a lesser being.

I generally celebrate New Years Eve as more of a time to get together with friends and just have a good time.  Just an arbitrary excuse to have a good time with friends.  That being said, I agree with you though.  It's just another day, you should try and be happy and "the best you can be" every day, not just because it's a "new year". 

Hell we threw a birthday party for our cat just as an excuse to get people together and having a good time.

This is strategus, people play in all 24 time zones.  New Year's Eve to one person is New Years day in the evening to another. Deal with it.
