Because the first one was cool, the second one was stupid large in land mass, and the third was immersive and original and had a wonderful vibrant culture to it. Fourth one was pretty (And say what you want, but The Shivering Isles Expansion pack is one of the greatest games I have ever played, total polar opposite of the standard Oblvion, absolutely beautiful and an awesome environment with such creativity I can't stand to play the vanilla ever again besides KotN.
