Spamming voice chat is annoying of course but only really warrants a mute, i'll say a quick warning that it's not acceptable to do this and you will be punished if an admin is online.
Secondly, the two screenshots for the hugging, it shows them 5 seconds apart, that doesn't help know whether or not these two people stayed there for the entire time or just a short time. No ban
Thirdly, this player is level 19, generation 1. He is likely not to know the rules and therefore this "AFK" offence isn't worth banning either, it would merely detract from having him as a new player.
Thank you for your screenshots but unfortunately, none of this is worthy of a ban, just some warnings to the appropriate people.
