I know this might be supremely stupid, but i'm actually going to ask people a serious question.

It's been a while since I was given my admin powers and over that time i'm sure people have developed an understanding of how I admin. There are a lot of people who may feel I am doing a good job but still see room for improvement.
I'm asking, could you please give suggestions on how I could improve? Please remember though that I am not one for beating around the bush as it were, so please, be blunt and tell me exactly what you mean, I won't hold it against you.

I'm not worried about what people think of my admin, i'm asking for honest opinions so that I can improve. I enjoy playing the job and I enjoy keeping things fun for as many peoples as possible, naturally there will always be something that I do wrong and i'd like to know if there is something that effects people seriously.
