Well, there's nothing much to say but that he is the most calm and sensible admin I've ever seen. Plus, he's the only archer I've seen who has the real guts to fight in melee.

Depends on what kind of mood I am in and what the incident was, sure long bans or instant-bans may seem strict but you forget we have access to the records to see who are repeat offenders etc. Although I do appretiate that people understand that it's for the best.

I was also unaware that many people knew me before hand.

I know this might be supremely stupid, but i'm actually going to ask people a serious question.

It's been a while since I was given my admin powers and over that time i'm sure people have developed an understanding of how I admin. There are a lot of people who may feel I am doing a good job but still see room for improvement.
I'm asking, could you please give suggestions on how I could improve? Please remember though that I am not one for beating around the bush as it were, so please, be blunt and tell me exactly what you mean, I won't hold it against you.
