We had our attack planned for 7:50 est. which was before his nighttime was set.... when we got in range he changed his night time again so it forced the attack time to 3 am instead.

I believe, if I may, I can explain the confusion.

The FCC planned for an attack not on Christmas Eve.  So they attacked someone at such a time that it would be Christmas Eve when the battle is fought for the defender.
Then his night-time settings made it Christmas Eve for the attacker as well.  This makes him a terrible person.

No, it does not make him a terrible person. It's his choice if he wants a battle as soon as he wakes up instead of a battle right before going to bed. This is what happens when EU and NA clash. He chose to fight on the NA side of the map, and we will of course try to attack at a reasonable NA hour.

I will not apologize for initiating an attack at a time that was unreasonable for an EU player on the NA side of the map, just as he has no reason to apologize for setting his night time to whenever he damn well pleases.

Not really.  It was like midnight-1 am on the day before christmas eve, he changed his nightime setting away from his own primetime and pushed to early morning christmas eve in eu.  Its still the day before for us 12 am pst, as its before we fall asleep and wake up the next day for christmas eve.  He basically just screwed over his own eu friends trying to do something petty, while not affecting us.  We are simply trying to clear the air as to who all these eus should be bitching at.  We had no intention to attack christmas eve (though i am sorely tempted to do so after watching how whiny all you guys are and how you refuse to ever blame an EU player for what he does, as NA players are always the bad guys.

I find it hilarious that you're all still making one excuse after another, it does not change anything at all.

You were still attacking very early or very late on the 23rd or 24th of December = You care so hard the forum could almost implode

Every post is cringe-worthy in a sad (pitiful) way.

You're now suggesting even the 23rd should be off limits?

Late night on the 23rd, yes?

It is not so much that anyway (even though that in it self is grounds for enormous laughter) it is also the notion of you all "not caring" yet utilizing these really, really, low dirt grub tactics.

Just needed to point it out, carry on with the delusions.

Dirt grub.

It's nothing worse than what Leiknir has done, and they were legit tactics. As I and others in the FCC have said many times already, I don't hold anything against him. Win or lose, we'll be done very soon. Don't you worry.
