Unjust temp ban

So im getting sick and tired of unjust bans/ mutes first time this has ever happened to me yet its biased to the top degree.

So there i am on siege charging up stairs running from an angry horde of enemies, i reach the door and what a surprise a teammates stood there so i start trying to run inside yet he doesnt move so i think ill kick him out the way so i do, im safe and start to reload. I then turn around and bam ive just been tked by the guy i kicked out of the way for blocking the door. Ok fair enough shouldnt have kicked him so i wait for the apology....never comes. I watch him whilst i respawn and another teammate tries to go past him yet he stands there, and waits whilst everyones trying to get past him.

1-2 minutes later Wotan polls to ban this Virtual_Grey character. On the basis of blocking the door, two teamkills (i only saw the one) and teamwounding yet never apologising. So of course the admin asks why yet he never asked why for the teamkills. Wotan tells him and i agree with him telling him what happened. Then this virtual man speaks up saying he was blocking half the door yet still its blocking the door and when defending, the whole point is to allow easy access for teammembers especially when being chased by an angry horde. I tell him to next time move and that he was stood directly in the middle of the door so noone could get in, of course then he disagrees and Wotan and me are telling him to next time move out the way. 2hspammingnoob (admin) mutes us three and tells us (me) to next time say "Please move out the way so i can get in". He then umutes us and he is accused of admin abuse (not by me another person on the server whom i dont recall). Wotan agrees so he mutes him again.

I then confront spammingnoob and tell him that if your standing in a doorway not moving with no space to get around you then your going to be kicked out the way. He then tells me that it was my fault i shouldnt have kicked him out the way and that the person whom tked me had done nothing wrong he then threatens me with a ban saying your lucky i dont ban you.

Wotan had been unmuted and says im back so i respond saying hi (not recognising the name) he then asks me whats up and i tell him what spammingnoobs said, i then realise its the same man and he tells me he must remember this. So being told what to do (im now attacking) i said "Please move out the way so i can move up the ladder." Yeah might be seen as being sarcastic yet its what ive been told to do. I then ask spammingnoob if i have to say this every time and if im being charged by enemies. No reply just an action.

Now i ask you is this really fair muting, raging and abusing someone for kicking a teamwounder, tker and someone whos blocking a door so i can pass safely through to help defend and be of more use instead of being butchered. Of course i was temporarily banned for a mere kick. The tker? No he gets off clean no telling off, nothing happens to him he never apologises but he just gets away with it even after other people have asked for a ban. Now if a simple kick can result in a ban and a tk gets nothing then what are the true rules to go by?

Also being called a mere child of which im not is slightly annoying and irritating when im not the one in the wrong.

Heres the log. I used about 15 min to find it, cut out all the non-essential stuff. The warnings I gave is not shown here as admin chat doesnt show in the log, sadly.
Tho, I gave a couple of warnings before the mute.

After reading this I realise I shouldnt have given him a perm-ban but a 2 day ban. Well, too late now, next time.

What amazes me is that no one consider _asking him_ to move an option, but goes stright ahead and attacks the teammate.

I think Ive been unclear here, even if the log shows I did have a 10 min conversation with you before the ban. You werent banned for intentionally attacking a teammate. You were banned for:
1. intentionally attacking a teammate
2. threatening with doing it again.
3. not accepting the admins judge on the situation.
4. not accepting a direct warning about ending the discussion.

From what I've read the virtual grey one seems the only one that tk-ed.
I don't see sir guy threathening to tk anywhere and his point is pretty solid. If you are chased by 5 guys you have no time to stop and write in chat to teammate to move. Teammate who stands around doing nothing while you fight for your life against 5 guys is a lousy teammate.
From what I've read you banned and muted cymro yet virtual grey who did 2 TK-s just got muted for a few seconds and nothing else.

Honestly, i would have stabbed Virtual out of the way because for kicking you have to slow down.
I know that would be against the rules and a bannable offense but he was a threat to survival, like when you get
attacked by a teammate you're allowed to fight back aren't you?
