I think a lot of People(Including me) dont want to play it because the grind is for nought when Chads shuts down the servers in the new year, and if he doesnt(eg if he states that hell keep them online), many people will rejoin.

Also, you need a couple people on to make sure you get gold/xp.  I will hop on and then off because no one there and I know a lot of people who do the same.  Basically you need a bunch of friends to hop on at the same time.  Its same thing that happens on a lot of the new cRPG servers too when theya re empty, just not as bad because gold/xp not as contingent upon people.
