How the hell are people level 20 already, what the fuck.

Only level 18, would be over 20 if NA server was around so I could melee with under 170 ping :(, not as much fun to play without that.  But with higher levels playing now and if you get under 30 people doubled xp, you make several thousand xp every time you win.  Its definitely doable to hit level 20 pretty quickly.  Thats kind of what happens, as more people hit level 20+, newer players can level up faster than these older players did and catch up somewhat as they make increased xp and gold per kill.

Yeah, I would be there for hours  day if it was na ping.  It just sucks the euros get everything first and only, even though this was an NA idea to begin with.

I remember being among the first group of people that played a test round with upkeep on.
And bitching about the concept of upkeep since it was first announced. Pwned.

Seriously, no patch reached the amount of ranting that happened in january 2011. And no patch ever changed the game, playerbase and philosophy of the mod to such a large extent. Very clearly, instead of being a vertical patch, it was an horizontal split. The result can't be compared with the original in terms of better/worse.
