Personally, I don't see anything wrong with someone snatching up items when people screw up. It's not like this is an isolated incident, there are threads all over the forum about people who've made the same screw-up. It's not like some kind of bug is causing this to happen. And it's not like he led a brand new player into a scam. I hope you get your item back and learn a lesson, but what's with the care-bear stuff? Sorry, Calmir, I wasn't saying anything bad about you, and I really hope you get your item back. I was just wondering about all the people saying he should be banned, like he was hacking the database or something, or actively leading people into scams, people that couldn't know any better. People are screaming for this guys head, and it doesn't make a lick of sense. Is there anything ban-worthy in what he did? Doesn't look like it to me.

No not ban worthy at all, he broke no rules, but with the crpg community being so small these are not the kind of actions people should be promoting. He has already informed me that I will not be getting the item back. So just another warning to everyone to be more careful with the market place and certain assholes in-game.

Think how many typos get made on this forum everyday.  Really, missing one fucking zero from a number shouldn't result in such a retarded punishment just cos some prick called bullet has no rl and is fapping and F5'ing simultaneously on the market.  This "you're not getting it back" attitude also stinks, I bet he's well impressed with himself for getting that item at the expense of what seems to be a genuine stand up polite guy.  And Kophka's carebear attitude to this individual would certainly be a bit different if he was the one who fucked up and was another victim to these douches.  Meh, karma exists.

I don't condone what this guy did, and I agree that he's a colossal prick for taking advantage of somebodies slip up. I just couldn't understand the people saying he should be banned, or hunted down and tk'd mercilessly. Didn't make any sense, there were no rules broken.
