It seems that the admin clan is above the rules and allows its members to do whatever they want,makes me wonder if it was a guy from our clan,probably he would be banned for a week or something,and hey don`t forget that as a clan we hold the record of an admin banning one of our mates because he was afk..The admins are a big fucking joke.

I`m putting all my gear in the armoury,it`s time for me to take a long break from this cunty mod.

This is exactly why I begged you guys not to give them chance for banning you and to stay away from the Ban/Unban section. By now even birds in the trees realized that admins in this mod have double standards, they "explain" the rules as they see fit and they punish people based on their own sympathies instead of their own rules that are, would you believe it - subject to modifications and personal interpretations.
Besides: this is the internet, what did you expect ? Noerds/Geeks/Tards/Imbeciles rule this place, get used to it.

Let me remind that Vagabond some months ago got banned for the exact same reason 

and besides I made 50k gold because I made a bet with some dude that Nords don`t get banned so

Happens rarely and isn't justified most of the time. Only people who ever deserved ban for that are those two CamelRiders and not because they allowed dueling, they enforced dueling on EU4 constantly for a very long time before they finally got banned for it.

I agree with Umbra, quite silly ban request. I'm not Friedturtle's fan either but what he did isn't against the rules. And I do understand how Herezy felt, I hate when people stand aside watching how two guys fight on big server. I'm against dueling on EU1, if there's more than 10 players left but what he did is not against the rules (you should ask someone who died to QML him, beer ).
