Proposition in regards to armoury:

2 week limit for borrowing an item to one person, after that it goes back to the pool and if person B wants it, he gets it and so on. If noone else wants it, person A can get it again.

If we do that, I'd set up an excel list to keep track of the reservations.

Just let people borrow for as long as they want until someone else wants it, the two parties can be civil about it I'm sure. If that doesn't work then people with rank 9 step in to mediate.

request shouldnt go trough pm's, they should go publicly trought this thread so everyone knows who wants which item and then we can agree accordingly
