Prpapi, I had the same but installing new Nvidia drivers helped. Especially these. It says Windows 8 but they work fine on Win 7 x64.

and the latest physx http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/62-physx-system-software-releases

If you don't know how to use that .inf, I'm here for you.
And if you dont have Win7 x64 and a Nvidia card, I can't help you :(
