No. The recruitment is off since its pointless to recruit anymore people. Feel free to leech with our banner tho, nothing we can do about that until they make it Clan Tag bound (not even sure if it's possible). But know that if due to too many people with our banners we might get split and then we'll probably have a lot of "banner bugs" towards those that leech with our banner and prevent us from playing together.
