In our (was ours) area we got the greys 1500ish troops, DrZ 3600 or a little more, Ravens south 2k near in yalibe, Risen with 600ish in Tshitbin.

Realy cant u guys just try and take us. Don?t you want the brag factor for taking out the Mighty Mercs ? how many troops do you realy need ?

It would be only one, but the lightbulb manufacturer conspiracy makes them waaaay harder to screw in than is fair.    You know, this happens every time, we are just peacefully screwing in lightbulbs but the United Industry of Fireimitation can't help but gang up on poor innocent us and you just can't expect us to be screwing in bulbs with that much opposition! Honestly, I expect we'll just switch back to candles and give up on the whole lightbulb thing.

I'd fight for the mercs. But I don't blame people for allying together to take your land.  Try to find an ally yourself.  Ganging up to take over land is very legitimate tactic...

Maybe HRE and Fallen would be natural allies (geographically and common enemies)?  Maybe try to get Chaos or one of the NA clans to see that you have mutual interests. 

And from a non-tactical point of view, mercs aren't supposed to hold territory, they are supposed to travel and fight for whoever the highest bidder is.  Maybe having a home base village would make sense, but you're not really mercs if you control fiefs and have vassals...you're a faction/kingdom like everyone else then.
