Respecinga 27 level

Hi! I am 27 level right now and want respec to 2 hand back...My new level will 24/25 ...
Question is, will I have to pay repairs when I got respected?

If you are gen 1 you don't pay upkeep till you hit lvl 26.

Everyone has to pay upkeep after lvl 25, no matter how much respect you get.

When you respec, you won't pay for repairs until you become 26 again. ( If you are gen1 ofc)
