[market] Add "offered money" now when there's a limit of offers

As the title says, add the possiblity to offer cash ontop while putting a market exchange offer. I guess it wasnt previously added because market wqould be flooded with ridiculous offers but now when there's a limit of offers/person there's no real reason not to add it.

I agree. Why have the ability to request money in the market but no ability to offer money with your trade?

But it has it's downside because people are stupid
We already have: "I wanted to sell my +3 armor for 1500k, but I put one 0 less than I meant, so now I sold it 150k  "

Then we could also have:

"I wanted to make
+3 item for +2 item and 400k gold offer
But since I'm dumb I ended up making a
+3item +400k gold for +2 item"

Mate tbh if someone this stupid they need to take their math class again, not play crpg here with us!
