I think lilith is actually one of the beter admins. Very active in actual admining and fair enough from what I've seen. You just shouldn't piss off people with authority. You wouldn't call your boss an asshole, now would you?

There are quite a lot of people who do complain about her and if you pay attention to some of the ban threads and the people she bans then you'll notice how ridiculous it is.
