Breaking the rules and having all servers linked is harsh? I think it is reasonable that NA Officials and EU Officials are no longer tied separate from the rest.
This will help (a small bit) in making sure people think about behaving properly.
In the past it was too easy to swap servers if banned for leeching, and people did it all the time (Look at Goatee for a perfect example).
I dunno, difference of opinions apparently. It makes bans have more meaning and gets the point across.
