As i posted to Serfonz:
The common sense rule shows us how weak and useless all rules on cRPG are.
Nobody has to justify, no one has to explain just ban.
Good community, very good lets roll a banwave for common sense.

And yeah, i didnt pay anything but baned.

You didn't pay, you offered to pay. A total slave wage too.

Actually, that would be the case. The most they could do is hold you for a few hours to investigate about you(And maybe make a psychic test or something), but then they would have to let you free.

At least in Germany, that is.

And from my own experience they would just laugh and say "Go away noob"
Maybe it woud be better for me to find out where you life and kill you when you are satch a Soziopath. You have enough now.

On a second thought: What would you do, if you pay, or let someone use your account,
and that someone goes rogue, deleting/sabotaging your character, perhaps banning your account? Think ahead a bit.
Some people would just do it for laughs, and after that, who would you cry for help, the admins right? Yeah, try asking for help with this law-violation of money usage.

Pathetic. Use your head more often.

PS#2: Oh wait, you're permabanned already.

Maybe you should learn to behave, like a normal person.

First off, you're trying to get someone else doing your leveling. Lazy arse.

Second, you are bringing money in, it's a violation of the cRPG law

No it's not. Yet well it can be considered as a flaw in the rules and corrected now. Goods don't mean work or time.

Btw, cRPG needs lawyers to increase the drama

Don't get me wrong, I'm just saying that this case isn't covered by the current "no gold selling" rule. Just make it clear that playtime cannot be bought. And anyway, the asshat rule is here for these kinds of flaws in the rules. It just represents the unlimited power of the dev team (and the dev team should have unlimited power). Other rules only are there as tips, clearly stating what you shouldn't do. Anything that is or isn't in the core rules can be punished.

However, I'd say that Lanic0r shouldn't be banned for posting an offer about this. I think it is very easy to track his IP and really catch him when he actually break the rules. What happened here is what in French we call a "Procès d'intention" (to judge someone on mere intent), is forbidden IRL and is not right, even in the cRPG context.

Actually, seeing he posted the offer he moved past "intent" into "attempt" which is a different category and in most legal systems punishable.

Nope, it was still intent. It would be an attempt as soon as he found someone who would do it and gives him his char to play with it.
Maybe it woud be better for me to find out where you life and kill you when you are satch a Soziopath. You have enough now.

Lanic0r let's put it simple without hiring lawyers or call in the "european human rights" commission.

cRPG is a mod developed by chadz and devs team. if they want to permaban you or delete your cRPG account from all the EU/NA/AUS/CN servers for fun, they can. period.
so there is no "democracy" or "misinterpretation" about rules and about how these are applied.

there is no need to bring an evidence of real cash transactions if you made a thread offering gold to level your main character. if admins think is enough to permaban you and chadz don't disagree, then it is.

anyway there is a STF (Skip The Fun) system made ad-hoc for who can't/won't level/grind his characters. use that.  :?

Thats is true - bad example.

Imagine if someone was posting all over the internet that he wanted to buy child pornography, and that he put posters up around town wanting to buy child pornography.

Then they would definitely be able to do something about it, and that example ism ore similar to this one.
