hum was thinking about respec my fail full atr ps built (lvl 27) to this built:

so, will it be effective or just waste of time?

Sure, could work. Still would have to be pretty light gear. Maybe the "*colour* tunic over mail" and some light helmet? Maybe even mail mittens/gauntlets? Test it out, see if you get the error message. Should be doable, though. And for the times you don't want to bring throwing, you can take whatever armour you want. Personally I would sacrifice 3 str (and 1ps, 1if) and get 3 more agi (and 1 more athl and wm). Then go 100 throwing, rest in 2h. Makes you a bit faster and boosts your melee a bit.
