I gor a question, what is better 2h or polearm? I was playing polearm and realised that this kind of weapon has stunn that allows to make 2 or even 3 hit combo. What is advantages of being 2h?

In short:
2h for dueling, polearm for battle.

2h has better animations and a long stab.
Polearm has polestun and more diversity (anti cav weapons, shield breakers, long crushthrough, ...). Also better stab damage :D

So why so much people use 2h? Only because its "classic"?

I have no idea honestly. From my own observations 2h/pole ratio is pretty balanced (looking at battle server). Wouldn't say there's many more using 2h than pole.

I use 2h because I enjoy dueling more than battle.

On siege servers 2h/pole ratio 3/1 or even bigger. I ask only because i want something new in next gen. And i think about changing pole for 2h.

Best if you just try it with a STF alt. If you like it, go 2h next gen.

Depends a lot on the build, but all swords above and including Great Sword are good. Just pick what you like the most.

Swords like Longsword, Miaodao, Dadao and Katana are also good. Take Morning Star or War Cleaver if you don't mind using an unbalanced weapon.

I have two ideas of build 30/9 or balanced 18/18.

Balanced 18/18 is bad, unless you're going to hybrid?

Go for either 21/18 or 18/21.

30/9 is also nice, you're going to be slower but you will hit hard and will be able to take quite a few hits before dying.

Many use 2h over polearms for the animations.

2h are easier to hit with while pole animations in close fights need footwork or they glance plus who can forget 2h thrust animation ;)

And 2h don't glance without proper footwork?

Not as easy as polearms glance that's what I was trying to say.

(I'm sure you know 2h swinging downwards to the feet nulifies most chance of glances in close quarters.)
