If you read the text carefully its not about offending someone, I've reported him to dodge the duty.
Some Turkish player was already calling him racist, I thought next thing he gonna do is come and whine at me.
Then I'd suggest him to make a ban post about Panos,
then I would have to write the ban post myself because prolly he'd screw it up or ask me to do it.
Then I had to report it to Meow or Cmp and it would take another 2-3 days. I said what the hell its easier to take an ss and put it up myself.
The story is I asked it it IRC and they told me Panos was already going too far lately and its better to wait and see what other people will say. Well it was mentioned that he is going stupid on all nations plus its mentioned in ban post that he had already a list of warnings.
