Ensiferum has a lot less screaming than most of the folk metal bands, I think.  I'm sure there are hardcore viking metal fans that'll shit on me for sharing them too, but I really like the Victory Songs album.

these are only a few , there's plenty of metal with melodic vocals out there but some are influenced by other subgenres so just pick up the one you like the most.

More industrial metal, but it's a good mix of singing and "screaming". Give this album a listen, very good.
