Forum bug or WTF it is?!

For some reason I can't see the "show unread posts" and the "show unread posts on your topics" or what they was named I don't remember properly. Is there some reason I can't see it?

I've tried to see on two different browsers without any progress, also I've tried on two different comps. where I don't see the two lines...
