They need to voice some of the other commands like "No", "Yes", "Hello" and the likes.
In the case of archers shooting into melee they're usually just trying to help and I'll try and not get into their line of fire while fighting and let them help me rather than trying to dance around the enemy to get the kill.
I'd also rather not 'qmv' when it can be helpful if a group of enemies is flanking and someone shouts out "incoming infantry from behind" or just "incoming infantry". Although half the time team mates aren't aware of where the main horde is let alone what they're teammates are doing.
