Simple idea.

What I don't know is what the % should be...

I think stf should be able to as well but should have a heavier % cut, say they only get 25%. A 7 day turn around on 2.5 k isn't worth the effort.                               

So how about 70% for real alts and 25% for stf.

It should probably be in conjunction with the no upkeep limit being dropped to 18. Also it shouldn't be in place of a permanent tithe, of xp+gold. But be an addition for all the hard killing sirpigs out there. Another arrow in the quiver and all that.

I would like to be able to kill off alternate characters and get their xp on your main.

This sounds like a good idea. Would also be good is if playing your alts got you a small amount of XP on your main, perhaps 5% of everything you get on your alt.

To stop people making STF alts and transfering cash without even playing, it could be made that you must play it for at least 4 hours before transfering 25% of your gold.

Pretty sure i saw a dev post stating that they don't won't to allow xp transfer between alts and main, cause they don't like the idea of a character "evolving" without being played.

So, no. Will not happen.

The only reason I left stf's in is because I actually play with them and have nice big piles of money, that I earned play that stf. Just make it a 7 day turn around. You make the stf and you can't transfer for 7 days and you only get 20% of what you transfer.

If people exploit it they are only going to get 2k once a week. I believe not a fuck would be given.

Seems that way. I think the concept of the main "evolving" with out being played is over done. I don't see why spend 15 hours of game play as a useless dick is a + in anyway what so ever. I would go so far as to call it offensive. Congratulations you hit 31 now you can be useless for 2-3 days, enjoy!

The main shouldn't be a chore it should be a pat on the back for playing the game. This thing is angled too much around MMOs the shitest games to ever be shat out onto the gaming public.

good idea imo but i think 70% would be way too high, im thinking maybe around 25% would be more fitting.
