People here should start their subjects with [BAN] or [UNBAN], it will make it much easier for admins to work on these requests.

From thread "Unban request: How to" from chadz:

This is the official unban forum. Post a new thread when you got banned, including: when, why and what for you got banned - denying your deeds will not get you unbanned. Also, depending on the circumstances, you have to write an essay about your wrongdoings with varying length, usually between 150 and 1000 words.

    * Do not post more than once,
    * do not post useless crap,
    * getting annoying is the best way to make it permanent,
    * you have to convince the guy that banned you - it's up to the admins itself when to remove a ban

The topic of the thread has to look like this: [SERVER][(UN)BAN]descriptive title

If you got banned because of a poll ingame, don't post here. These bans last only 30 minutes and can't be removed during that time.

You can also request bans here, but bring proof, lots of it.

But most ppl seem to fail at this.

Just like to tack a suggestion on the end here =P

Perhaps a child board could be attached to these bits called 'Archived Requests', so that the only ones staying in this bit are the currently open ones.

Or dunno, actually you see the new requests pretty well, since the old requests get closed.

Aye, they'll probably sink to the bottom anyways, but it's best for things to be nice and tidy. =P

I read only cpmx how to guide and there was nothing about how such request should look like
Anyway most ppl didnt read chadz how to guide too...
