Never really liked the 22nd as a clan ever since I played PW where some retarded little prepubescent kid named Whorequin or something ( cant rememebr the real spelling ), abused the rules on their own server, to grief me for no reason, then banned me when I fought back against him. Not that I have any problem with any of the other members, just stating that's the kind of people they let have admin powers on their servers, I doubt they give a fuck if someone scammed the OP.

I dont see why an -admin- should do anything about it. So the guy messed with you and now is offering a lower price. Well sell the item to someone else (via marketplace or relative forum) instead... or cut your losses and get what you can from him while warning others of his details so that he is shunned by the community...

But honestly I dont see why some "High Authority" should intervene. I dont see anywhere in the rules "Be honorable and dont mess with gullible people"...

Because it's in all of our interests to keep the system honest and above board.  That's why market regulators came into existence.
