1. we don't want "real" free trading zone we only want to allow what we posted in the first post.
2. Droping fee means lots of randomers that reduce production. And 1 hr of production of our player pays more then 100 fee
So 1 randomer that makes 10-20 gold per hour, instead of our own that makes more then 100 gold per hour = loss
