with the new sysytem we will be sending 3000 man caravan "guards" in 49troop increments and only need 61.2 members to make the trip!! free upkeep!

sending this many ppl won't ever happen... i doubt you got 62 ppl on the map, and even if you do, sending them in one go means no one making any trading goods back home, not to mention defending own territory
i think there will be just smaller caravans sent more often, and i think the'll make it so you could carry more goods then troops ammount
