Make glancing happen less?

6 power strike and 140 WPF, my weapons will glance off of peasant cloth and leather armours, gets a tad annoying somewhat. I noticed glancing has been happening a shitload more since the last couple of patches and idk if its just me but its getting to be more of a common thing

I dont glance that often, maybe when i have a bad timing with the attack and hit at the very end of the attack but it doesnt occur if i dont play sloppy. I have 6 PS aswell. I would almost say more glancing, or something just to prevent the hiltslashing because hiltslashing is pretty crazy right now.

What? Random glances are extremely rare nowadays, if you glance it's probably because you did a shitty swing.

If your attack glanced on a peasant, it's your fault, you failed at positioning, you swing from wrong angle etc. Yes glancing happens but in 95% of the  cases it's your fail. Properly prepared attack won't glance, I play with 1h weapons aswell, so I know how it looks like.

I would almost say more glancing, or something just to prevent the hiltslashing because hiltslashing is pretty crazy right now.

Yeah, number of hitslashing cunts is increasing, but it's not happening due to changes in game mechanics, just more and more players learned how to use this technique. Especially as a shielder you can't do to much against it.

I see it much more happen on pole weapons than 2h has probably to do with the new collision system which frankly it's kinda annoying sometimes.

Did it occur to any of you geniuses that earlier attacks might cause more and more glancing with certain weapons?

Also, as a theory, it may be possible to surround some poor schmuck and be so close as to jam all his attacks.

Glancing IS more common with 1-handers after the recent patch. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen.

2-handers however...those bastards can still hiltslash like there's no tomorrow.

Shielders lend themselves to glances because the shield reduces the damage and speed of the weapon, thus more glances.
