Seeing as how imo the Liuyedao isnt used much due to the Niuweidao looking and being better.

Sounds like a fun challenge.  My reasoning for the blocking handicap is that it really is an exceptionally good weapon, in almost every regard, except that realistically it's too slight/short to block many overhead attacks.  The solution?  Make it a baller weapon but with considerable handicap.

Yes, I have been waiting for a weapon so long that has good stats but must use chambers onlt to block. Daggers suck, but I like the challenge.

not sure it would be great as a chamber only weapon Im pretty sure they wouldnt have used them if you couldnt block
