The language he used was unnecessary and while there is no prof of him tking you on purpose the way he talked after makes it seem as if were on purpose... but idk I'm not an admin.

I tked you accidentally, then you type me 10 mins later and I forgot who you are so don't take my words as if it was right after the accidental tk happened. The third screenshot wasn't even referring to you, so stop lying.

On the other hand I'd like to apologize to you for the tk (as I don't think I did yesterday) and the words I used towards you in the second screenshot.

RUSBerzerker is a well known griefer, tk-r, racist etc. etc. Just a few days ago his punishment for the same thing was over, but he continues to do the same. http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,17600.0.html
