Power draw gives power draw.
you need 3 STRENGTH for every 1 POWERDRAW

No. Well, chadz made it reduce your wpf if thats what you are asking.

Pretty sure this is only true for Power Throw.

PD Increases damage by a alot but also since patch, ive heard it increases accuracy but very slightly
