I never joke in my polls.  They are always entirely serious.  Sadly, this one seems to have ended in a tie, so it provides us with no decision, but I think it does make it quite clear that the Mad King's popularity has waned in the passing months.  Perhaps it is a fitting time him to make his presence known once more.
