Be warned that the "generic" sidequests (Kill me this/fetch me that/get me to here safely) never will run out due to that weird little "Quest AI" that continually generates simple quests with a bunch of minor permutations to make them all feel different.

Kind of like Warband, where the nobles never stop coming up with minor things for you to take care of.

I'll be honest.  I used console to give myself 100 smithing on my smith character.  There is no way I am going to grind smithing in a single player game.

Give Braeden your stuff!  We got work to do!  Mostly gold and Dried Bear Meat, please, so we can figure out what to buy for the army.

I am disappoint. You should have taken the easy grinding way out and crafted hundreds of iron daggers

You could have gotten the mod to make arrows, and made 10 iron arrows per iron ingot and firewood like I did ;)
