Then no, they can't, unless you don't care for gaining xp/gold from the server.

Yes, I believe that is allowed.

I'm not so sure. At the very least, I know for a fact that if it is a DTV server, you have to have FF at 50%.

Server are allowed to have additionnal rules (but not to "lock" the server indirectly, there is no clear distinction though, the dev team is the authority on that matter). But I think all the official rules are mandatory. I may be wrong.

However, afaik FF is off on DTV servers. You hit through teammates.

I believe some One very imoperant once said on your own servers you can do whatever the hell you want except aboose game modes for your own benefit like those silly Chinese  XD  than you not only get the ban hammer on your server butt also everyone in it when your caught

That's why I ask! I heard that, but the offical rules to get connected are stated up above. I was just wondering which is right, and if the official is right, the who do I complain too.

If we find your server to not be administrated properly and people exploiting/leeching/griefing on it for a considerable time or admins breaking these core rules we will contact you and reconsider the database connection.

are the core rules that we enforce on every server that is connected to the database.
If you find a server where those are not enforced you should at first contact the server operator.

those mostly feature additional rules to our's and you can normally just PM the person who created the thread and tell him/her about your problems with the server.
If that person does not do anything about it and the server stays in a state where core rules are broken feel free to contact me by forum pm or irc and i will look into it.

This will most likely not end in an instant disconnect for the server but in me talking to the server operator and making them aware that they are running the risk of getting disconnected.
