Playing on alt doesn't earn strat gold

I was under the impression that playing on an alt was supposed to provide gold for your strat account just like playing on your main. Was that not implemented? If it was, it doesn't seem to be working as intended. At this rate, alt use will be further discouraged.

Nope. People asked for it, devs never said yes.

So only main gives strat gold.
