Antarian Ambitions are set really low at the moment. I want to ease them into strategus slowly and learn the ropes etc.

I almost fully expect us to stay landless this round of strat while we recruit new members and train them up ready for the next round.

Ive seen plenty of clans grow from only a few guys to a horde of people. Im not sure I want 100 members in ANT as the relationships become impersonal and you get the feeling of "who are these guys?" when you log into ts which is not what i want at all.

A good core of players who all know each other and like playing with each other is the goal and I think we can achieve a lot in strat with that also.

Good luck with it, it's a good way to approach clan building. You could always talk to some of the bigger clans about being their vassals or something. Give you guys a chance to learn the ropes a little bit better and be more invested in it.

Similarly, you might want to start talking to some of the other clans that are getting the "Heh. you are too small, losers" treatment. A collection of smaller clans working together (like the FCC) can be a hell of a lot more effective and dynamic than some of the  gigantic groups.
