I was just on the NA Siege server and witnessed CoG_ToastyPotatoV start swinging at teammates at the start of a round. The 2nd person he hit, CanadianAce99_MB, blocked his attacks so Toasty chased him all across the map, with Ace closing doors behind him, before Ace finally had to kill him to make him stop.
Here, at the beginning of the round, Toasty swings at Emyrion and Ace, with Ace blocking his attacks.
Toasty continues to fight with Ace, but Ace continues to block.
Ace runs away, with Toasty chasing after him and swinging.
Continues to chase him, about ~30secs later.
Engages in a fight again, spent a minute and 15 seconds of the round doing this.
Ace has to kill him to get him to stop.
I think Toasty should get a ban for this, but its up to you if you want to ban Ace or not. Although he did kill Toasty, he only really did it out of necessity, Toasty wouldn't stop chasing him.
