it was a belgian artist that did this for a movie he was making. there was a mediastorm when this game onto the internet and he was even attacked on the streets, he claims that the cats didnt have any injuries and says that they still walk around happily around in his house. I was also very disappointed when i saw this, he is a good artist but what he did here was just over the top. :/
