@Bullet[randomnumbers since I'm so rad, derp]: Yeah, it looked like a good deal to you. Yes, you had the right to buy it and keep them. But when someone on the forums posts and says it was a mistake (and we all can agree that it most certainly was) and he is doing so in a polite way you really should give it back. But, hey. We don't read no forums here, boy! Well, your clanmate told you over ts, so you most certainly were told about it.
@Haven leader: Give this guy an ultimatum. Give the gloves back or kick him out. Otherwise this will stain your clan. Same as clans who had members who used autoblock lost their reputation, clans that accept and don't deal with people who behaves like this will also lose theirs. Also, I'm personally up for wiping you guys from strat if this is the kind of stuff you tolerate.
Let me end this on a positive note though. When hearing that the offer was a mistake and giving it back, the buyer should never walk away from this without gaining nothing. A "finders fee" or something should be awarded. 10% of the items value (marketplace) or 5x the base item (cRPG shop) value or maybe a flat sum of 50k? This sounds reasonable to me and that's what I would ask.
