If only UIF accounts were checked, why did people outside of the UIF like the FIDLGB guys (Pale horsemen mebe was what they were called then?) get banned? Oh why do I even bother asking this again considering every time it is ignored

Well, you said it yourself, account sharing is against the rules and is somewhat easy to check for.  Multi-accounting is nearly impossible to check for, and using it as an excuse to ban someone is outrageous, especially when the evidence is nonexistent regardless of how difficult it is to detect.

Well if their bans were based on no evidence and an assumption/hate for said player then of course they should be un-banned as well. But I still don't think that's a reason to keep Kesh banned if he didn't do anything. Two wrongs don't make a right.

There's still a difference here, Kesh is accused of multi accounting which is owning and playing strat on more than one account personally.  UIF (and Pale Horsemen) is (were) accused and was (were) banned for account sharing between several players, which Kesh is not accused of.

EU has a similar situation with Gingerpussy I believe, and I don't think Gingerpussy is banned, so why should Kesh be banned?

There was a fairly conclusive list if player names which were shameless multi accounts. Following the bans members of union and grey order confessed their guilt and afterwards were unbanned.

Drawing a relation between a systematic checking of accounts and the targeting of one individual by someone who clearly has a personal dislike of the accused is a little tenuous.

I couldn't say whether kesh was multi accounting or not, but clearly the way the ban was conducted was a shamble, especially in the follow up response by smooth.  It's really for that behaviour that I loose faith in those that run the show.

The Dev's refused to look up FCC members accounts after being asked for months by multiple admins (some of which don't have any bias towards Kesh at all really).

If by a higher standard you mean the fact that Smoothrich was already being probated for egregious bans (one against badplayer) and that he has since lost admin, then I'd say we're on track, here.
