listen pal... he kicked me into pit, then yes you warned him. the very next round I run up to the same pit spot(I travel light with 7 athletics, I am the first one there), no enemies are around. I have a crossbow and I would be aiming or shooting if enemies were around. I turn around to check on our advancing army(and look for cav) and BLAM Rubes overheads me, kills me in one hit. Then Rubes types "not sorry Turner" in chat. 15 seconds is a lot of frekin time for him to run off and find someone to kill.

You immediately locked my ban request thread without giving me time to respond or post the screenshot.

Fact is you don't want to be bothered with my injustice.
Unless it's against white people, I'm sure that's ok...

So today (more like a couple of days ago) Ganner randomly muted me for no reason.

I kept asking him in admin chat why he muted me and he wouldn't answer. I started spamming his name and then Liorick told me to stop spamming admin chat. Then I asked him why Ganner won't answer me, then Liorick told Ganner to answer me--still no answer.

So I stood in front of Ganner while he shot and he didn't say anything still. Then he said "sorry dude (or something like that)" and kicked me.

The only thing I said was something like "why do a bunch of dumb monkeys get millions of dollars to run around?" Then Plague called me racist, and I was like I didn't even say a race... and basically nothing on race. So I don't know why Ganner would do this. I was going to get the chat logs but Canary won't answer and Shik forgot to give me them.

Generally spamming isn't going to help your case, and I'm actually pretty surprised you weren't kicked - that shows patience from the admins on at the time tbh.

Even if you didn't mean it in a racial way it seems pretty clear how it could have been construed as racial. It was only a mute, not worth freaking out about, certainly not days later.  You could have easily been kicked or even banned for spamming admin for as long as you did.  Or you could do what most people do, which is accept the mute, get un-muted 5 minutes later when the map ends, and that's that.
