Ban Request for TIM_DUANE

These TIM clan guys just keep on doing bad things. TIM_DUANE started to kill my horse as as we spawn for no reason along with me.
It wasnt the only time he was also hitting others in another map i just wasn't able to take a pic at the right time.

How do they not? u can see him swinging at me in first pic with bloody hands and hammer.My horse also has low hp. You can also tell its the beginning of a round cuz of the names of team switches on bottom left corner in first pic. THere are also no enemies around.

He could have just held his hands out to scare you or whatever, and there are 26 seconds between pictures...how would it take him that long to kill your horse?

I dont remember which one it was, but one or 2 of the TIM's were on NA 2 within the past 2 days.  Doing their typical antics of inciting a TK shitstorm in spawns.  Go figure, no admins around to stop them.  Single handedly insuring their team lost.

These guys are probably the biggest most notorious asshats in NA region and have been banned from community servers multiple times.  It shouldnt take much to get them removed for a long long time

Note on screenshot #1 from the OP:
6:53 on the clock.  Matches are 7 minutes long.  Everyone has just spawned and within 7 seconds the person is nearly dead and their horse is nearly dead and TIM_DUANE is standing there with a bloody maul, blood on his hands and is in the process of swinging.


There is no other explanation for that picture.  7 seconds isn't enough time for him to have hit anyone except a friendly, in order to get all that blood on him.  I believe this is what people mean by "caught red-handed".

My personal experience is that TIM_DUANE is a serial-wounder and you probably won't have to watch him for long, particularly on siege, particularly when he's on offense.  Kicking teammates off of ladders is something he does pretty frequently.

Duane is know TK/TWer and personally juding by the timestamps on the screenshots it would be banworthy to me.

I know I've banned the tim guys multiple times on the old community servers.  I'll keep an eye on the official ones when I get on.
