Theoretically, if I were to make it to 35 and get 15 pt, would it be worth it?

Theoretically yes, insofar as anything having to do with committing time to this game is "worth it".
You think you're pretty smart with your dago mustache and your greasy hair.

Btw: with the 1 wm you would get with 3 agi, you could have 125 wpf. and that isn't enough for 10pt i think. so in a year you can have a 9pt thrower without agi, armor and accuracy. or if you want armor and be even slower you had <9pt. sounds like a great plan.

Ever tried 13 pt build? still adds damage to throwing just can't pick up the throwing weapons when thrown, unless u have a certain amount of wpf

No, because with one point of weapon master you only get enough WPF to use PT9, and that's if you're not carrying any weight.
Don't.

I found this :

It means that effectively you only have either 9-10 power throw.

your 11 PT is a placebo that deals no extra damage and is a wasted skill point.

Is PT above 10 supposed to work ?

Your PT is reduced to the amount you wpf allows, so at 130 wpf in throwing you would count as having 10 PT even if you had put 15 points into it

You could do it if you were level 35 or 36 I think.
I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.

So there you have it.
Viable? Yes.
Practical? No.

I found this :

Is PT above 10 supposed to work ?

10+ skills got fixed with a march patch... that statement is old as the sun.

anyway i found the lowest profiency to play with 10 PT and was 140ish (by lowest i mean with the needed accuracy to throw a jarid to a single target 10 meters away... if you plan to throw in the mess, well you can have a little lower wpf)... so at 35 with 11PT, i would do 33/15 (150-155 wpf) instead 45/3. even 36/12 but not less agi than that.
