I mean really. For reals. Any bit of internet research I've done on the subject keeps bringing me back to the animal names of Chinese martial arts, but I am genuinely curious as to whether or not, in the history of known civilization, anyone has developed a methodology for say squaring off against a bear or a tiger in hand to paw combat.
